When you visit the site
The site is served as static files on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver the service and protect it against attacks, Cloudflare briefly processes technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request, the requested URL and browser information. We do not use this data to build user profiles.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing the site securely and reliably, under KVKK Article 5(2)(f) and GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
When you write to us
We use the information you send by email or through the contact form only to respond to your request and for a potential contractual relationship. See the KVKK privacy notice for details. Legal basis: KVKK Article 5(2)(c) and (f); GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f).
What we don't use
- Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
- Advertising and retargeting pixels
- Social media plugins and embedded videos
- External font or CDN services (all files are served from our own domain)
Recipients and international transfers
We use Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting and email forwarding, and Google to receive and respond to forwarded messages. These providers may also process data outside Turkey and the European Economic Area. Transfers are made under KVKK Article 9 and Chapter V of the GDPR (e.g. European Commission standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Articles 15–21, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You can send your requests to info@ilredosentinel.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board or, if you are in the EU, with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only and uses a strict Content Security Policy (CSP), HSTS and similar security headers. There is no server-side code or database.
Changes
We update this policy when necessary. The current version is always published on this page.
