Personal data processed

• Identity and contact: name, company name, email address and, if provided, phone number.
• Request content: the message and any attachments you send us by email or through the contact form.
• Transaction security: technical logs kept by our hosting provider when you visit the site, such as IP address, date and time, and browser information.
• Client transactions: if a contract is concluded, proposals, contracts, invoices and project correspondence.

Our contact form doesn't send your data to a server; it only prepares a message in your email program. Your data reaches us by email only when you send that message.

Purposes of processing

• Responding to your enquiries and preparing proposals
• Concluding and performing contracts and delivering services
• Meeting legal obligations (tax, accounting)
• Keeping the website and our information systems secure
• Assessing vulnerability reports

Legal grounds and method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically by email, through the contact form and in meetings, and is processed on the following legal grounds under KVKK Article 5(2):

• (c) it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract,
• (ç) it is necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation,
• (e) it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a right,
• (f) our legitimate interest, provided it doesn't harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (e.g. site security, responding to your request).

Transfers

Your personal data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. It may be transferred to the following recipients only to the extent the service requires:

• Google, our email and cloud service provider (servers located abroad),
• Cloudflare, our website hosting, content delivery and email forwarding provider (servers located abroad),
• our accountant and competent public authorities (under legal obligations).

Transfers abroad are carried out in line with the procedures and safeguards set out in KVKK Article 9.

Retention

Proposals and correspondence are kept for up to 2 years if no contract is concluded; if a contract is concluded, for the periods set out in the applicable legislation (e.g. 5 years under the Turkish Tax Procedure Law). After that, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights (KVKK Article 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met; to request that these actions be notified to the recipients; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can submit written requests to the correspondence address shown above, or email us from your registered email address to info@ilredosentinel.com, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
